  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Dependable and consistent in work performance.

Responsibility

  • Process and verify patient and referral data with high accuracy and urgency.
  • Follow standard operating procedures to maintain operational quality.
  • Meet internal SLAs for task completion to ensure timely service for partner practices and patients.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to provide feedback for tooling and automation improvements.
  • Participate in training and calibration for ongoing quality and performance enhancement.
