Qualification

- 0-1+ years of experience in administrative support, medical data entry, customer service, or operations in a process-driven environment.
- Familiarity with EHRs or healthcare workflows is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Dependable and consistent in work performance.
Responsibility
- Process and verify patient and referral data with high accuracy and urgency.
- Follow standard operating procedures to maintain operational quality.
- Meet internal SLAs for task completion to ensure timely service for partner practices and patients.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to provide feedback for tooling and automation improvements.
- Participate in training and calibration for ongoing quality and performance enhancement.
