The Senior Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence within the healthcare platform, managing workflows, mentoring team members, and collaborating across departments to improve processes.
Qualification
- 2+ years in operations, administrative workflows, medical documentation, or customer service in a structured, high-volume environment.
- Experience supporting or leading shift-based teams, QA efforts, or workflow escalations.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with EHRs, HIPAA compliance, or healthcare workflows is a plus.
Responsibility
- Deliver Operational Excellence by processing complex and high-volume tasks related to referral and clinical data workflows.
- Own Shift-Level Execution by monitoring SLA progress and fielding questions from peers.
- Mentor and Support Peers by onboarding new hires and reinforcing best practices.
- Maintain High Quality by ensuring accuracy and consistency in operations and assisting in process documentation.
- Collaborate Across Teams with Ops, Product/Engineering, and Customer teams to improve workflows and resolve issues.
- Handle Operational Exceptions by managing outlier cases and serving as a problem-solver.
