Qualification
- 6+ years of experience in customer management or sales.
- Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills without assistance.
- Exceptional communication skills for both internal and customer-facing interactions.
- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and adaptability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments including Customer Success, Marketing, and Support.
- Previous experience in security and compliance is desirable but not required.
- Must be based in EST or CST.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Understand Vanta’s product offerings and roadmap to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure customer health and strategic alignment.
- Identify new opportunities for expansion within current customer accounts.
- Manage the sales cycle for expansion or renewal opportunities, including negotiations and resource allocation.
- Accurately forecast monthly expansion and churn, maintaining pipeline hygiene in SFDC.
- Focus on customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
