Vanta is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. The SDR will be responsible for managing the outbound sales engine, building pipeline, and distinguishing Vanta as a leader in the competitive landscape. This hybrid role requires in-office presence in Dublin three days a week and offers a supportive work environment with competitive benefits.
Qualification
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in a pipeline-generating Sales role
- Ability to manage the current Outbound Engine
- Self-starter who enjoys creating processes for a scaling business
- Empathetic to prospects and a strong brand representative for Vanta
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for making an impact at a start-up
Responsibility
- Understand Vanta’s value proposition and product
- Identify strategic accounts using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and 6Sense
- Organize a multi-channel approach to prospecting and develop sequences in Outreach
- Coordinate meetings on account executives’ calendars and log activities
- Counter objections efficiently and maintain excellent interpersonal and technical skills
