

Solutions Engineer, Commercial - EMEA

Vanta is seeking a Solutions Engineer for their London office to lead technical discussions with prospects and customers, ensuring they maximize the use of Vanta's security solutions. The role involves both pre and post-sales support, focusing on customer onboarding, feedback collection, and collaboration with the sales team. Candidates should have a strong technical background, particularly in B2B SaaS and cloud platforms, along with excellent project management and communication skills.
Qualification
- 5+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer or equivalent
- Previous B2B SaaS experience
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
- Strong project management skills in a startup environment
- General knowledge of a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations is a plus
- Ideally have prior experience in the cybersecurity space
Responsibility
- Own the technical relationship with commercial prospects/customers
- Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, and competitive landscape
- Provide market feedback to the product team based on customer interactions
- Support customers through their trial process with Vanta
- Build product examples, documentation, and critical resources for customers
- Cultivate an environment of teamwork and continuous improvement
- Identify and drive new programs to improve pre to post-sales transition
