Responsibility
- Lead small groups of 4–12 travelers on 2–3 week tours across Japan.
- Provide clear information about each destination and share enthusiasm for Japan’s culture.
- Plan and prepare daily itineraries, ensuring smooth operations and readiness for unexpected situations.
- Assist travelers with questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Prioritize traveler safety and ensure partners meet quality and sustainability standards.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and challenges, maintaining calm under stress.
