- Plan and prepare daily itineraries, ensuring smooth operations and adaptability to changes.
- Participate in training sessions and pre-tour briefings for thorough preparation.
- Support and communicate effectively with travelers, providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are met by partners and during tours.
- Handle emergencies calmly and follow established procedures.
