The Implementation Associate at Vetcove oversees end-to-end onboarding and large-scale implementation projects for veterinary software platforms (procurement marketplace, home delivery ecommerce, and practice management). This client-facing role serves as the liaison between external partners and internal teams (engineering, leadership), driving plans, milestones, and launches in a fast-paced, travel-enabled environment at a YC-backed, fast-growing startup.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience managing diverse projects involving partnership development, third-party integrations, and planning for new feature/product launches.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills; exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management, including interactions with executives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Willingness to travel as required and to represent the company at client sites.
Responsibility
- Communicate with stakeholders across teams and executives to set priorities and share progress updates.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines so team members understand expectations.
- Identify resource needs and assign tasks to the appropriate team members to meet milestones.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the CTO and Head of Strategy to scope projects, define processes, and ensure on-time launch.
- Provide regular project updates to all stakeholders and maintain transparent communications.
- Align incoming project requests with business goals and prioritization; translate strategy into actionable work.
- Oversee partnerships and third-party integrations, including preparing for new feature and product launches.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation projects for external partners, including travel to client sites as needed.
