Vetcove is seeking a Platform Implementation Manager to oversee the onboarding of veterinary clinics onto their eCommerce platform. This role involves managing the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for clients, and collaborating with various internal teams. The company aims to modernize the animal health industry, providing a centralized platform for veterinary practices to manage their supply needs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS or tech-enabled services environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in project management tools and experience building timelines and status reports
- Experience working with clinics, healthcare providers, or other medical environments is a plus
Responsibility
- Own the entire implementation lifecycle—from project planning to go-live
- Act as the key liaison between veterinary clinics and internal teams, delivering a seamless onboarding experience
- Define project goals, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with client needs and business priorities
- Assist and guide clinics through a migration of their existing workflows to a new platform
- Build and manage project plans and timelines; identify and resolve blockers proactively
- Deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and support clients through system configuration, data imports, and integrations
- Regularly communicate updates to internal stakeholders and client leadership to ensure transparency and alignment
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to launch new features or integrations within the implementation workflow
