- Craft narratives and demonstrate customer value through business reviews
- Collect ongoing customer product feedback for product development
- Create a strategic roadmap for account growth and success
- Monitor the veterinary consolidation market for strategic adaptation
- Nurture relationships with non-contracted corporate consolidators
