Qualification
- 3+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML systems in production
- Strong background in building applied AI agents
- Proficient in TypeScript
- Passion for developer tools
- Track record of shipping scalable AI products from concept to production
Responsibility
- Design and implement agentic architectures for a state-of-the-art coding AI agent
- Build evaluation frameworks to measure code quality and user intent alignment
- Work across the entire AI stack from model architecture to deployment
- Collaborate with a small, high-caliber team to shape technical architecture and product direction
- Focus on user experience to ensure the AI systems feel magical to use
