Vitalize is a rapidly growing company focused on optimizing hospital operations through innovative software solutions. The Founding Account Executive (AE) will play a crucial role in building the go-to-market strategy and driving sales to health systems, working closely with the CEO to scale the company beyond $10M in annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of enterprise sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise contracts.
- Ability to creatively identify leads and scale the sales pipeline.
- Experience working with health systems is a plus.
- Experience in seed or Series A stage startups is a plus.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the healthcare sector.
- Identify and engage potential leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Close high-value enterprise contracts, focusing on 6 and 7 figure deals.
- Collaborate with the CEO to establish and refine the go-to-market (GTM) organization.
- Travel to conferences and customer sites to promote Vitalize's solutions.
