Qualification
- 1-3 years of high-volume client-facing sales experience
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or luxury retail is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-motivated and ambitious attitude
Responsibility
- Drive bookings and exceed monthly goals for bookings and GMV
- Proactively reach out to potential guests across Wander’s luxury portfolio
- Follow up with inbound leads and marketing-generated prospects to maximize conversions
- Craft personalized outreach for high-value travelers
- Guide guests through a seamless, consultative sales process
- Collaborate with Marketing and Concierge to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain clean and useful CRM activity in HubSpot
- Stay informed on property details, seasonal offers, and destination highlights
