Qualification

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in property management software
- Certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) (bonus)
- Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Must reside in a country with a timezone compatible with US business hours
Responsibility
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Collaborate with the concierge team to enhance guest satisfaction
- Ensure top-notch hospitality standards across all properties
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades

- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Optimize property performance and revenue
- Ensure properties comply with local regulations and safety standards
- Implement and maintain risk management strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements
