The role requires a candidate with significant property management experience and relevant certifications, based in South America, Central America, or South Africa.

Qualification

  • Current primary residence in South America, Central America, or South Africa
  • At least 8 years of previous experience in property management
  • Relevant certifications in property management (e.g., Certified Property Manager, Real Property Administrator) are ideal
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in property management software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Quick decision-making skills

Responsibility

  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to the home
  • Coordinate with the concierge team on resolutions
  • Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
  • Schedule preventative maintenance across houses
  • Schedule routine inspections and address any issues promptly
  • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
  • Prepare and manage property budgets
  • Handle financial reporting and maintain accurate records
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations
  • Ensure the property complies with all relevant codes and regulations
  • Assess and mitigate risks related to property operations
  • Implement safety and security measures
