Qualification
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written
- Ability to work holidays and weekends
- Possess a smooth-running laptop for multitasking
- Strong internet access at home
- A decent phone for international calls
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Responsibility
- Answering common questions using provided scripts
- Solving complex guest requests creatively
- Using software tools like ClickUp and Breezeway
- Completing tasks assigned by the manager
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams for property onboarding
