The role is remote, targeting candidates residing in South America, Central America, or Mexico, and requires a commitment of 5 days a week including weekends.
Qualification
- Current primary residence in South America, Central America, or Mexico
- At least 5 years of previous experience in property management
- Relevant certifications in property management (e.g., Certified Property Manager, Real Property Administrator) are ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in property management software
- Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Quick decision-making skills
Responsibility
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests related to the home
- Coordinate with the concierge team on resolutions
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Schedule preventative maintenance across houses
- Schedule routine inspections and address any issues promptly
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Prepare and manage property budgets
- Handle financial reporting and maintain accurate records
- Stay updated on laws and regulations
- Ensure the property complies with all relevant codes and regulations
- Assess and mitigate risks related to property operations
- Implement safety and security measures
