They are seeking a User Growth Regional Lead to drive user acquisition and retention strategies across their region, particularly in Burkina Faso. The role involves managing a team, identifying growth blockers, and using data-driven strategies to enhance user engagement with their financial products.
Qualification
- Proven experience in user growth, marketing, or sales roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving performance.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize user acquisition and retention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Responsibility
- Manage a team of supervisors/team leads overseeing field-based distributors responsible for user recruitment.
- Identify and resolve critical blockers to user growth and maintain active usage of financial products.
- Develop strategies to enhance retention of newly acquired users.
- Hire, train, and manage distribution team members, building scalable distribution systems.
- Create a roadmap for the distribution team to achieve quarterly objectives and grow the customer base in the assigned region.
- Utilize data to inform distribution strategies and monitor team performance.
- Collaborate with the agency team to align objectives and implement strategies.
