The role offers independence in research, access to high-performance computing resources, and a direct impact on trading strategies. Candidates should have a background in deep learning research and strong engineering skills.
Qualification
- Minimum two years of experience in deep learning research across any domain.
- Strong engineering skills, particularly in GPU kernel development and Pytorch/JAX.
- Experience with C++, FPGA/ASIC, or HPC is highly valued.
- Ability to translate research methods between different application areas.
- Experience with large language models (LLMs) is a plus but not required.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain powerful AI models for trading teams.
- Research and implement innovative methods for market predictions.
- Improve model components including data featurization, architecture design, and training dynamics.
