The role involves managing the entire hiring process for specialized engineering roles and engaging with technical candidates to enhance HRT's compute capabilities.
Qualification
- 7+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven success recruiting in specialized technical domains
- Strong talent mapping capabilities
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting analytics
- Excellent cross-functional verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for building technical teams and delivering outstanding candidate experience
- Familiarity with the compute landscape and open-source communities preferred
Responsibility
- Partner directly with engineering leadership on compute recruitment strategy
- Manage the end-to-end hiring pipelines for compute team growth
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience for senior technical profiles
- Develop deep knowledge of HRT’s compute development ecosystem
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify top technical talent
- Attract passive candidates using creative sourcing methods to build talent pipelines
