Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Creative Producer or similar position.
- Excellence in ideation and execution across diverse ad networks: Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Experience in creating user-generated content and storytelling content.
- Outstanding skills in generating creative concepts that outperform benchmarks.
- Proven track record of achieving marketing KPIs.
Responsibility
- Proactively improve and develop marketing creative strategy across various ad networks (Facebook, TikTok, Google).
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Innovate using new tools and methodologies to enhance creative output.
- Generate user-centric creative ideas and write briefs.
- Analyze user acquisition results and creatives’ performance to improve metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to extract industry trends and insights.
- Provide feedback and mentorship to less experienced teammates.
- Manage full-cycle creative production from idea to final implementation.
