Qualification
- 5–7 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
- Demonstrated success managing automated lifecycle programs/end-to-end CRM journeys.
- Proven ability to design and optimize segmentation, automation logic, QA processes, and lifecycle optimization.
- Strong data-driven mindset with ability to evaluate impact on conversion, rebill, churn, and LTV.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Monetization, Performance Marketing, Product, Analytics).
- Ability to create personalized campaigns, develop messaging frameworks, and translate value narratives into content.
- Experience with testing and optimization programs (A/B tests, test-and-learn approaches).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver clear content briefs and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Responsibility
- Own the remarketing strategy for non-converted leads to drive first-time subscriptions and increase lifetime value (LTV).
- Build and optimize automated CRM journeys end-to-end, including segmentation, logic, QA, and performance improvements.
- Ensure lifecycle messaging aligns with user behavior and funnel context.
- Create high-impact, personalized campaigns that communicate Yoga-Go’s value and address barriers to subscription.
- Collaborate with the Lifecycle Content Lead on messaging frameworks, creative direction, and value narratives.
- Deliver clear content briefs and ensure consistent, segment-specific messaging across all touchpoints.
- Lead a robust test-and-learn program across offers, messaging, formats, and creative concepts.
- Partner with Analytics to evaluate impact on conversion, rebill, churn, and LTV.
- Document insights to continuously refine campaign effectiveness.
- Serve as the CRM partner for Yoga-Go, collaborating with Monetization, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics.
- Ensure alignment across lifecycle campaigns, paywalls, in-app experiences, and brand guidelines.
- Lead bi-weekly performance reviews and share insights, blockers, and next steps.
- Analyze monthly KPIs with Analytics, focusing on how content, creative, and messaging drive conversion.
