Responsibility
- Lead teams serving clients and investors across the healthcare and life sciences industries, demonstrating executive presence with C-level counterparts
- Support Private Equity funds in buy side diligence, sell side diligence, mergers, carve-outs, and value creation & planning projects
- Assess functional and technology capability maturity as part of diligence/assessment projects
- Lead engagement teams on transaction advisory, guiding the team in preparing focused request lists and agendas
- Lead post-close value creation projects for healthcare PE clients and/or funds, and manage program management offices (PMOs) for transformational initiatives
- Manage project economics including tracking project budgets and delivering invoices
