West Monroe is seeking a Senior Manager for Cloud and Infrastructure with expertise in IT/public cloud engineering, architecture, security, and strategy. This role focuses on post-close IT infrastructure assessments for M&A deals across various industries, providing insights to client executives and guiding corporate development decisions.
Qualification
- Proven experience in IT/public cloud engineering, architecture, security, and/or strategy
- Strong background in technology due diligence, particularly in M&A contexts
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to executives
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively
- Experience in multiple industries such as Private Equity, High-Tech & Software, Healthcare, and Financial Services
Responsibility
- Collaborate with consultants across Cybersecurity, Software, and Data competencies to produce holistic technology due diligence summaries for client M&A deals
- Manage client relationships and meet with PE investors to determine business and technical requirements
- Translate client requirements into clear project proposals and detailed work plans
- Conduct post-close IT infrastructure assessments and identify areas of weakness
- Communicate findings to client executives in the form of investment summaries
