Qualification

  • 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services
  • Fluent in English and French, with an understanding of the French market
  • Weekend availability required
  • Customer service mentality with a passion for achieving the best outcomes
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take on various roles

Responsibility

  • Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Resolve customer issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general inquiries
  • Become an expert in Whatnot's products, processes, and systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer questions
  • Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and reduce repeat contacts
