Qualification
- 2+ years of support experience handling email and/or chat services
- Fluent in English and French, with an understanding of the French market
- Weekend availability required
- Customer service mentality with a passion for achieving the best outcomes
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various roles
Responsibility
- Interact with buyers and sellers to ensure a positive customer experience
- Resolve customer issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general inquiries
- Become an expert in Whatnot's products, processes, and systems
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer questions
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience and reduce repeat contacts
