Responsibility
- Investigate and develop solutions to prevent and mitigate fraud on the Whatnot platform.
- Identify potential fraud patterns and sources to minimize financial risk.
- Review sources of potential fraud daily to support the company in preventing financial losses.
- Conduct in-depth transaction-level reviews to assist with chargebacks and disputes from customers.
- Discover and identify fraud trends and present opportunities for stronger results and mitigation.
- Communicate with customers regarding inquiries related to fraud or potential fraud.
- Investigate cases of fraud and brainstorm long-term solutions to reduce fraud.
