Whatnot is hiring a Product Operations Manager to scale product delivery and growth by building repeatable processes, tooling, and metrics. You will partner with product, engineering, data, design, and cross-functional teams to streamline how work gets done, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive operational excellence as the product organization moves faster and smarter.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or product management in a tech or marketplace environment.
- Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs and launches at scale.
- Experience building and iterating on operational frameworks, tools, dashboards, and governance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define and monitor product metrics and surface actionable insights.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence without direct authority.
- Familiarity with product tooling stacks (roadmapping tools, VOc tools/feedback, experimentation frameworks, analytics) and training teams.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Kanban/Scrum) and solid project management fundamentals.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to partner with data teams and translate data into actionable actions.
Responsibility
- Partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into actionable programs and roadmaps.
- Define, build, and maintain operational frameworks, processes, tools, and dashboards that enable the product organization to operate at scale.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product operations: planning and prioritization, through launch, post-launch performance tracking, and iteration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Engineering, Design, Data, CX, Ops, Category Expansion) to ensure alignment, clear communication, and on-time delivery of product initiatives.
- Develop and monitor key product health and performance metrics; surface insights and recommend operational improvements and optimizations.
- Facilitate product launches including readiness (tools, training, communications), rollout strategy, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
- Manage and maintain the product tooling stack (road-mapping tools, feedback/voice-of-customer tools, experimentation/test frameworks, analytics) and ensure teams are trained and aligned.
