Zencastr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to develop innovative AI systems and microservices that enhance the podcast creation experience. The role involves collaboration with engineers and scientists to create machine learning applications focused on user satisfaction and audio/text capabilities.
Qualification
- Postgraduate degree in Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Python programming.
- 3+ years of experience in machine learning research, particularly in speech processing.
- 3+ years of experience in training or deploying neural networks.
- Significant experience with machine learning libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-Learn.
- Experience in building and operating production-ready machine learning systems.
- Ability to quickly build model prototypes and lead projects with minimal mentorship.
- Experience with cloud technologies like Google Cloud or AWS.
Responsibility
- Design, research, and develop machine learning applications and algorithms for podcasters and listeners.
- Collaborate with engineering partners on multi-functional efforts to build new product features.
- Drive audio and text capabilities within the machine learning team.
- Prototype and productize new machine learning solutions at the intersection of speech processing and user satisfaction.
- Lead the design and implementation of major software components and systems.
