Responsibility

- Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and best practices to improve team sales skills and strategies.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and team huddles to address challenges and set growth goals.
- Develop and execute training programs to enhance lead generation, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Actively manage a personal pipeline of high-value prospects through prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Conduct cold outreach to source qualified sales opportunities and set an example for the team.
