Qualification
- Experience in RevOps, product management, or automation architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI and its application in sales processes.
- Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Clay.
- Ability to design and implement scalable workflows and automation solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
Responsibility
- Build the GTM automation engine with scalable workflows to improve rep efficiency and accelerate pipeline generation.
- Operationalize AI and enrichment tools to enhance outbound quality and personalization.
- Manage the GTM stack as the product owner, overseeing requirements, prioritization, and system rollouts.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and drive delivery of GTM tools.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations, Business Systems, and Sales Leadership to create automated solutions for complex challenges.
