This role involves managing the entire recruiting lifecycle for software engineering positions and collaborating closely with leadership to build a world-class engineering organization.
Qualification
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, particularly in software engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and various engineering roles (backend, frontend, full-stack).
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner with leadership and hiring managers.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies.
Responsibility
- Identify, attract, and engage high-volume Software Engineering candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
- Maintain a large, high-quality pipeline across high-priority Software Development roles.
- Partner with founders and senior leadership to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to hiring managers.
- Screen and guide candidates throughout the interview and hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and successful hires.
- Lead compensation conversations and offer negotiations.
