HRIS Analyst / Workday & HRIS specialist at Zuora within the Corporate Operations' Business Applications team. Focused on supporting and enhancing Workday and related HR systems to optimize HR processes, drive automation, ensure security/compliance, and enable scalable, data-driven decisions across the employee lifecycle.
Qualification
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or HRIS Analyst with Workday and related HR systems.
- Strong functional knowledge of HR processes and HRIS data models.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS configuration, reporting/analytics, security, and integrations.
- Experience supporting Workday upgrades, testing, and change management.
- Excellent collaboration skills with HR, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders; ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements for HR systems (e.g., GDPR).
- Experience with data quality, data governance, and data migration in HRIS projects.
Responsibility
- Support, configure, and optimize Workday and related HRIS systems to meet HR and business needs.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional system owners to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance HR reporting and analytics to enable data-driven decision making.
- Manage security roles, access governance, and data privacy/compliance for HR systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems via APIs or middleware.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, validation, and change management.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and training materials; provide end-user support.
- Ensure data quality, data migration, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems.
