Qualification
- Proven track record in Growth engineering with hands-on experience in A/B testing.
- Experience in leading engineering teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in product development.
- Ability to drive team performance and manage accountability effectively.
- Experience in hiring, goal setting, and performance management.
Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-impact engineering team.
- Partner with Product and Design teams to implement and analyze A/B tests for improving registration funnel conversion.
- Guide the AI team in leveraging technologies like AWS Bedrock and Agentic architectures for innovative AI features.
- Establish priorities for new features, infrastructure, and tool building with the team.
- Drive accountability by improving team processes, communication, and task delegation.
