The company aims to simplify the process of launching and maintaining onchain applications, similar to how AWS and GCP transformed web2. They are seeking an Implementation Engineer to support new customers in their onboarding journey, ensuring a smooth transition to using Conduit's infrastructure.
Qualification
- Strong technical background with an understanding of blockchain and rollup technology.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles, preferably in a SaaS or cloud environment.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain organization.
- Empathy and curiosity to build trusted relationships with innovative teams.
Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end technical onboarding experience for new customers building rollups with Conduit.
- Lead customers through setup, configuration, and best practices for using the platform.
- Bridge product, engineering, and customer success teams to enhance customer experience.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the integration process.
- Surface insights and feedback to improve platform processes for future users.
