- Experience managing Capex budgets over $100 million.
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
- Develop, execute, and manage Data Center equipment initiatives for mechanical products.
- Negotiate and support complex programs for Chillers, CRAH’s, Fan Walls, CDU’s, and other electrical equipment.
- Manage equipment schedules, budgets, and costs for new Data Center construction activities.
- Drive integration and development of suppliers for collaboration and ease of business.
- Lead supplier onboarding and selections based on cost analysis tied to RFPs.
- Provide strategic guidance on Total Cost of Ownership for sourcing decisions.
- Develop implementation strategies, responsibility assignments, and timelines.
- Monitor compliance against supplier agreements regarding speed, scope, and schedule.
- Conduct spend analysis and develop metrics tools for tracking progress and improvements.
- Negotiate and execute contractual arrangements per company policy.
