- Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier innovation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to define strategy, find savings, and improve agreements.
- Find synergies between departments and lead projects to improve vendor pool and performance.
- Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure best value for investments.
