Construction Manager at Crusoe to lead hyperscale AI data center construction across the U.S., overseeing site development, structural/base building, MEP, and interior TI for mission-critical facilities. Responsible for safety, schedule, budget, QA/QC, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams. Travel ~30%; experience with large industrial projects and data-center readiness is required.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years in construction management (base build + TI preferred)
- Experience with large commercial/industrial projects
- Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Proficiency with Procore, Primavera/MS Project, Bluebeam
- Excellent vendor management, scheduling, and communication skills
- Ability to travel ~30%
- Data center or mission-critical experience is a plus
- Managed $100M+ project scopes is a plus
- Lean construction or sustainability experience is a plus
- Heavy MEP or electrical systems background is a plus
Responsibility
- Lead construction across site work, structural systems, exterior envelope, MEP infrastructure, and interior TI build-out
- Manage day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and safety programs
- Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, cost tracking, and change orders
- Conduct site inspections and enforce QA/QC and safety standards
- Coordinate with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams
- Provide updates on progress, risks, milestones, and cost to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and industry standards
