Qualification
- Proven experience in managing large-scale telecommunications construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of OSP/ISP construction practices and standards.
- Experience with budget management and capital expenditure forecasting.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal construction regulations and codes.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on quality and safety.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibility
- Build and execute the OSP/ISP construction strategy for AI data center expansion.
- Lead cross-functional teams in engineering, construction, IT, and field operations.
- Establish project priorities, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and safety in construction processes.
- Oversee project lifecycles from design and permitting to construction and acceptance.
- Manage aerial, underground, and in-building fiber deployments.
- Ensure compliance with construction codes and environmental requirements.
- Track project milestones, mitigate risks, and manage change orders.
