Qualification
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a technology or AI-related field
- Strong understanding of voice AI technologies and market dynamics
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in self-prospecting and building a sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Motivated and results-driven with a hunger for success
Responsibility
- Self-prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline of new logos
- Exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
- Partnering with Marketing and SDR teams to generate meetings
- Collaborating with Sales Ops and Sales Engineers for sales effectiveness
- Understanding customer needs in the voice AI space and articulating Deepgram’s value proposition to technical buyers
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Working with CSMs to drive upsell opportunities and manage existing accounts
