The company is seeking a Solutions Architect for the EMEA region to manage complex post-sales engagements, guide customers through production, and enhance technical support. Qualification
- Experience in solutions architecture or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in voice AI.
- Ability to manage complex technical problem-solving and customer engagements.
- Experience working with enterprise-level clients and deployments.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibility
- Lead architecture and implementation for enterprise deployments using Deepgram’s speech technologies.
- Own complex post-sales engagements and guide customers to production.
- Strengthen technical support coverage for the EMEA region.
- Contribute to pre-sales validation requiring deep technical credibility.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback and influence the product roadmap.
