Hippocratic AI is seeking a Clinical Solutions Specialist (RN) to ensure the safe and effective deployment of their healthcare-focused large language model (LLM). This role combines clinical expertise with product delivery, focusing on enhancing patient care through innovative AI solutions. The position is based in Palo Alto and requires onsite work five days a week.
Qualification
- Active, unrestricted Nursing License (RN) in practicing state
- Clinical experience in acute, ambulatory, telehealth, or community settings
- Strong patient communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with prompting language models or conversational AI
- Familiarity with HIPAA/PHI handling
Responsibility
- Provide clinical expertise and oversight to agent development and deployment
- Understand client clinical workflows to ensure agents deliver value
- Ensure each deployment is clinically appropriate and safe
- Educate clients on AI-first approaches to clinical care delivery
- Collaborate with delivery teams to align AI agents with clinical best practices
