Strategist, Agent Development (German-speaking) at Sierra, a San Francisco-based AI platform building human-centered customer experiences. In this in-person role, you will partner with Agent Product Managers and Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations daily, blending product strategy, conversational design, and customer insight across a cross-functional team.
Qualification
- German language proficiency (spoken and written) is required.
- Outstanding communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of software development, product management and engineering principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage challenges.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience partnering with product managers and engineers to scope and deliver AI/agent projects.
- Experience with AI, conversational design, or agent development is a plus.
- Comfort with data-driven decision making and deriving insights to guide customers and internal teams.
Responsibility
- Partner with Agent Product Managers and Agent Engineers to scope, build, and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations per day.
- Be a trusted advisor to customers and drive their AI strategies.
- Build, design, and refine conversational AI agents, gaining exposure to how these products are developed and improved.
- Drive execution and delivery of multiple complex, high-visibility agent development projects.
- Coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders through the full agent development lifecycle.
- Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders and cultivate strong relationships.
- Contribute data-driven, strategic insights to customers and internal team decisions.
