They are seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their small sales team and drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation. Qualification
- 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS or startup environments
- Strong communication skills: clear, concise, and persuasive
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led go-to-market environment
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay)
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco and work in-office 5 days a week
Responsibility
- Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation
- Craft strategic outbound outreach to Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Marketing teams
- Refine the outbound playbook alongside AEs
- Engage with prospects to drive interest and meetings
