They are seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their small sales team and drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation. Qualification

  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS or startup environments
  • Strong communication skills: clear, concise, and persuasive
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led go-to-market environment
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and prospecting tools (Apollo, Clay)
  • Willingness to relocate to San Francisco and work in-office 5 days a week

Responsibility

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation
  • Craft strategic outbound outreach to Heads of Talent, VP People, and recruiting agency owners
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Refine the outbound playbook alongside AEs
  • Engage with prospects to drive interest and meetings
