Qualification
- 2+ years of post-MBA experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and revenue optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Sales, and Product.
- Experience in designing and automating business processes, particularly in RFP and contracting workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for creating executive-level reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in developing internal tools and sales enablement materials.
Responsibility
- Lead and execute strategic special projects to improve company efficiency and revenue performance.
- Design and automate processes for RFP responses, pricing proposals, and contracting workflows in collaboration with Sales, Legal, and Product teams.
- Support revenue optimization through data analysis and coordination with Finance and GTM teams.
- Develop internal tools and materials, including board decks and customer-facing sales enablement resources.
- Model and track key business metrics such as pipeline velocity, deal conversion, and program ROI.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify automation opportunities and improve operational tooling.
- Create executive-ready reporting and business insights to guide organizational decision-making.
