- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to design and deliver systems that integrate into customer workflows.
- Take full accountability for the success of each customer from implementation to renewal and expansion.
- Deeply understand customer operations, data, and challenges to articulate their business needs effectively.
- Translate insights into action plans that boost adoption, revenue, and efficiency.
- Influence product direction and future investments based on field insights.
- Anticipate problems and tackle ambiguity while maintaining focus on execution and results.
- Build trusted relationships across various stakeholders.
