User-Centered Design:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Develop user personas and user journeys to guide the design process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to define project goals and requirements.
• Participate in product ideation sessions, contributing to the overall product strategy.  
• Translate product goals into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

Visual Design:

• Design polished and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Prototyping and Testing:

• Create interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder feedback.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and development process.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on product development
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs.  
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies is a plus.
