Qualification
- 5-7+ years of experience in product development of highly technical products.
- Prior experience in product management or similar roles at or above Senior Product Manager level.
- Proven ability to craft and tailor messaging for potential customers, including executives.
- Strong ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences, including AI developments.
- Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
- AI-related experience in product development is a plus.
- Some coding experience with React, TypeScript, and Go.
- MBA or equivalent professional experience (nice to have)
Responsibility
- Partner with engineers and customers to design and ship enterprise-grade AI agents capable of handling thousands of customer conversations daily.
- Engage with customers at all levels to discover requirements, demonstrate Sierra’s agent capabilities, and address technical challenges with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and improve Sierra virtual agents to fit and anticipate customer needs and business processes.
- Become a trusted advisor and drive strategic technical directions for customers.
- Shape the product roadmap by collaborating with engineering and product teams to scope, prioritize, and implement new features.
- Translate customer needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain backlog accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and data science to ensure successful deployments and adoption; prepare and deliver executive-ready demonstrations and briefings for customers.
