Qualification
- Arabic language proficiency to effectively engage with Arabic-speaking customers and stakeholders.
- Proven experience designing, building, and shipping production-grade AI agents or autonomous software systems.
- Strong software engineering background with a track record of delivering end-to-end AI agent solutions and owning the ADLC.
- Experience partnering with large enterprises and innovative startups to deploy AI agents at scale.
- Ability to translate customer needs into actionable agent features and collaborate across research, product, and platform teams.
- Familiarity with AI/machine-learning concepts and integrating models into production agents, including performance monitoring and iteration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.
Responsibility
- Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents that are performant, reliable, and scalable across industries such as finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, establishing best practices for production AI agents.
- Collaborate with enterprise clients and startups to translate business challenges into scalable AI agent solutions that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Surface unmet customer needs and guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform by prototyping new tools and features in partnership with research, product, and platform teams.
- Monitor, diagnose, and optimize agents in production to ensure high availability, security, and compliance.
- Work cross-functionally with research, product, and platform teams to shape the roadmap for AI agent capabilities and platform enhancements.
- Provide guidance and support to Arabic-speaking customers to ensure successful adoption and ongoing success.
