Qualification
- Proven experience designing, building, and shipping AI agents or AI-enabled systems in production environments.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate autonomously from pilot to production, and to define and enforce ADLC best practices.
- Experience partnering with enterprise customers and startups to translate business challenges into technical AI solutions.
- Ability to prototype tools and features and collaborate across research, product, and platform teams.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management, including presenting concepts and progress to leadership.
- Italian language proficiency (required) to engage with Italian-speaking stakeholders or teams.
Responsibility
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are highly performant, reliable, and intuitive, deployed in production across industries such as finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Take complete ownership of the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, setting standards for ADLC best practices.
- Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments, ensuring scalability, monitoring, and reliability.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents across their operations at scale.
- Surface unmet needs from customer engagements, prototype new tools and features, and influence the evolution of Sierra's core platform in collaboration with research, product, and platform teams.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and contribute to platform tooling, prototyping, and roadmap to advance AI agent development.
