Qualification
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years experience in hands-on software development or developer relations roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for training sessions.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with modern software development, especially SDKs and APIs.
- Experience in designing and executing technical training or community initiatives.
Responsibility
- Write the playbook for onboarding and educating external agent engineers to Sierra’s Agent SDK.
- Develop and deploy AI Agents as an Agent Software Engineer.
- Lead the creation and execution of external developer training and enablement programs.
- Build infrastructure and content that scales, including technical documentation and onboarding paths.
- Work with marketing teams to publish developer case studies and success stories.
